Matrons of Honor

Bridesmaids

The girls are wearing Alfred Angelo style 7044 in Fuchsia and Tangelo.  The co-matrons of honor will have tangelo dresses with fuchsia trim and the 3 bridesmaids will wear fuchsia dresses with tangelo trim.  All 5 girls will wear fuchsia shoes of their choosing.

Rather than traditional bouquets, the girls will carry carnation pomanders.  The MOHs will carry fuchsia flowers with tangerine ribbon, and the BMs will carry tangerine flowers with fuchsia ribbon (Photo credit: futuremrsdudley55).

My mom will wear soft pink and Chad's mom will wear light tangerine.  Rather than wearing corsages, the moms will carry pink and orange "tussie mussies".  Unfortunately I don't have any pictures of their dresses or flower inspirations right now...maybe someday, or maybe we'll just have to wait until day of to see the completed look.

Because of the color of my dress, I will carry a light pink, very full, round, carnation bouquet. The picture to the right gives you a basic idea, but my bouquet will be made of carnations, not football mums.  The stems will be hand-tied with white and fuchsia satin ribbon.  I also want to incorporate a locket holding pictures of my grandfathers, somewhere into the bouquet.

My dress is made by Jordan Fashions, it's part of the Jordan Moments collection, style # d134. It's tough to see in the picture, but the details on the bodice and around the bottom of the skirt are a very soft pink.  The bodice is a corset-style, so I changed the white laces that came with the dress, to soft pink which matches the detailing perfectly.  I also added removable cap-sleeves to wear during the ceremony. 

My shoes.  Joy dyeable from david's bridal.  I'm going to have them dyed the same pink as the details of my dress.  I'm still looking for somewhere to get my shoes dyed (and the BMs shoes for that matter...).
